Not love at first sight, but still love: Purity made Simple by Philosophy

It wasn’t love at first sight with Purity made Simple by Philosophy for me, it was hyped to universal extent if you ask me, just read about my first encounter with Purity made Simple by Philosophy. I felt betrayed [screwd-rivered]… no even worse I felt stupid for believing it, this couldn’t be true what was I thinking. Don’t misunderstand, I haven’t changed my opinion about Purity made Simple the test results still stand. I just started using it differently and found that it still is quite a nice product that does deliver on some fronts [waste not want not].

What I do is take my make-up all of with my DIY make-up remover & cleanser, then wash my face with Purity made Simple and I am done. All my make-up is gone, my face is squeaky clean and refreshed. Because you don’t need a toner  after using Purity made Simple, I just slap on my night products and I am all done.

This method is very easy and very efficient, my face is very clean and it keeps me from breaking out [which other facial cleansers don’t do]. It does make my face feel a little bit dry, but after applying my night care products I am left with calm and hydrated skin. Now I still think it’s a load of crock, Purity made Simple just doesn’t clean of make-up the same way other products do, but using it this way makes it quite the little cleanser. Still it is a good buy, you don’t need a lot to cleanse your whole face and the fact that you can refresh and clean your eye area with it is a definite pro. Still if it would have done what is said it does, it would have been absolutely ‘love at first sight’.

“Our award-winning daily facial skin cleanser is formulated to gently cleanse, tone and melt away all face and eye makeup in one simple step, while lightly hydrating the skin.”

Features & Benefits

  • deep cleans pores and eliminates makeup build-up
  • natural oil extracts help condition skin
  • fragrance-free formula

All in all I think there are better products out there, but truth be said that in combination with my DIY cleanser I do like the result… so it still is love!

Have you tried Purity made Simple by Philosophy and what did you think and if you haven’t would you after reading my story?

Toodles,

Wojis
