I am so impressed by this cosmetics brand that I wanted to share this with everyone. This is not for sale in Holland but in quite a bit countries in Europe, so if you get the chance, do pop in and buy as much as you can carry.
“KIKO MAKE UP MILANO was established and founded in 1997 by the Percassi Group. It is an Italian professional cosmetics brand that features a range of cutting-edge makeup, face and body treatments. The website www.kikocosmetics.com gives more information about the company and the product ranges. For some lucky ladies there is even the possibility to order online.

With KIKO, professional luxury is an exciting reality you can touch. For every budget.”
Just to tell you how I found KIKO, it was on holiday in Portugal, where I went to a shopping centre to check out some stores we don’t have in Holland. That is where my eye caught a million beauty products in a little but very pretty shop.

And before I knew it I was in the store, making swatches of the first pretty thing I saw.

I have to say it was very difficult to chose, I didn’t have a lot of time or space so I had to choose wisely, and let me tell you it wasn’t easy. I am not sure if there will be a KIKO shop opening in Holland soon, I hope so, but for now I have a small KIKO stash.

Her are all the products I bought for myself and took with me to Holland. Isn’t it pretty, just so clean and simple, I like the way the products look.

This is the Liquid Colour Eyeshadow 04 Indigo, as you can see KIKO thought about the packaging, a tube is wonderful for liquids. I love this colour, it’s so pigmented an shiny but not at all glittery. It blends very well to and it stays put, so taking it off takes a bit or rubbing of a pinch of oil. I believe this was on sale for € 2,-.

Pencil Lipgloss 12, the lipgloss pencil colours don’t have name. I think that is a shame, it’s more fun that way and easier to remember. But never the less, it’s a very pretty purple taupe colour that stood out and I took it. I love the texture of this pencil and the cap is also tight so no accidents in your bag, this was € 3,80.

My nail lacquer in 320 and also no name, but this is a marvellous taupe colour and it matches the lipgloss so I am very happy with this. The texture is perfect, the pigment is wonderful and the brush is very good. The nail-polish dries pretty quick and it last a few days so the quality is wonderful for just € 1,50.

The Eyes Rescue is a very light serum that hydrates hydrates hydrates! This is for skin under 40 – 45 and is suitable to use twice a day. I liked the lightness and the feel after it was absorbed by the skin.

The lady in the shop ensured me it’s parabenes free, but as I can not find an ingredient list I can not concur. It’s nog on the product, nog on the box and not listed in the leaflet inside, so that is a point for me to check if I lost it. The price was € 11,50.

It’s a very light but firm creamy fluid.

Spreads and smears very easily and it doesn’t have a distinctive smell, I like this very much.

The Exotic Highlighter in 02 Peach which looks peachy in the container but isn’t on the skin. I thought it wouldn’t suit me but of the 2 of 4 colours this turned out to be mine. I love this little mouse like highlighter. It just give you a very nice pick me up on you skin.

Look, beside the little lips I drew is the highlighter in it’s full glory and this best buy in my opinion. It was € 7,90 and I just love this.

Colour Seduction Eyeshadow Palette 02 Sensuous Burgundy, the first thing I grabbed and put in my basked. The colours are amazing and the pigmentation really impressed me.

The packaging is also very nice.

And very practical, no stupidly horrible and useless brushes but just product and a mirror. I don’t even need a mirror in my palettes but if it’s there it’s fine.

Here are the warm and pretty colours in the pallet. I don’t have names but the shadows are dry and wet use, so you actually get 8 colours for just € 12,90.

And to demonstrate the wipes, I cleaned my hand and arm with the Pure Wipes. The smell and feel divine and soft, just like a wipe should be. They clean off the make-up very well and leave the skin soft. Even the water proof products went off with the wipes.
Well I would buy more products in a second, the price you pay is little compared to the quality you get. I am very impressed I must say and I like the mega choice you get in the store. I will be using my gems as much as possible so I’ll post my findings soon.
Grz.,
Wojis
