Daarom ga ik mijn standaard eiwitmasker dan ook verrijken met komkommer en met honing. Het eiwit zorgt voor het verkleinen van pori\u00ebn en het strak trekken van de huid, de komkommer kalmeert en hydrateerd en de honing zorgt voor de antiseptische werking.<\/p>\n<p>Wat heb je nodig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 eiwit<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel honing<\/li>\n<li>stukje komkommer (2 cm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Klopt het eiwit helemaal stijf en zet het even apart. Pureer de komkommer in een blender of met een staafmixer totdat het helemaal vloeibaar is, dan roer je de honing erdoor. \u00a0Schep het komkommer-honing mengsel door het eiwit met een lepel totdat sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Het masker is klaar om aangebracht te worden op je schone gezicht en nek, maar laat de huid rond de ogen vrij. Ga lekker liggen en laat het masker 15 a 20 minuten intrekken. Daarna afspoelen met warm water, ik gebruik graag een sponsje, het kan natuurlijk ook met een washandje of een microfiber doekje als je dat prettig vind. Dep je gezicht droog met een schone handdoek en breng je gezichtsverzorging aan.<\/p>\n<p><em>[Tip: houdt een stukje zeep of doekje met parfum bij de hand, er zit een vreemd luchtje aan dit masker ondanks de heerlijke ingredi\u00ebnten, na 5 minuten moest ik een zeepje onder mijn snufferd houden. Etherische olie kan natuurijk ook al gebruik ik dat zelf niet omdat ik niet weet hoe ik dat zou moeten doseren]<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Het resultaat (sorry foto&#8217;s zijn mislukt) is wel heel erg geweldig, mijn huid is mega zacht en voelt helemaal niet droog of trekkerig aan en je ziet dat de pori\u00ebn enorm minder zijn.
